做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
