做(zuò )法(fǎ ):春笋切(qiē )成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀,加入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
