做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少(shǎo )许盐(yán )捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
