做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
