做法:洗净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡(pào )软,拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅(guō ),用(yòng )姜块在锅上擦一遍,放(fàng )两勺油,待(dài )油(yóu )六成热下鱼,煎(jiān )至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清(qīng )水,放入煎(jiān )煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一(yī )个(gè )半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
