做法:洗(xǐ )净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热(rè )锅,用姜块在(zài )锅(guō )上擦一遍,放(fàng )两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转(zhuǎn )中小火(huǒ )煲(bāo )一个半小时(shí ),下(xià )盐(yán )调味即可(kě )品尝。 -
