做法(fǎ ):洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮山和(hé )薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍(pāi )裂一(yī )小块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜块(kuài )在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油(yóu ),待油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎(jiān )至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清(qīng )水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其(qí )他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一个半(bàn )小时,下盐调味即可品尝(cháng )。 -
