做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许(xǔ )盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加(jiā )入盐(yán ),翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
