做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生(shēng )抽(chōu )、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
