做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
