做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加(jiā )少许盐(yán )捞出后用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡(pào ),生姜切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
