做法:洗净宰(zǎi )好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂(liè )一小块姜,热锅(guō ),用姜块在锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放两(liǎng )勺油,待油六成(chéng )热(rè )下鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小(xiǎo )火煲一(yī )个半小时,下盐调味即(jí )可品尝。 -
