做(zuò )法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
