做(zuò )法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清(qīng )水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
