做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
