做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻炒(chǎo )1分钟(zhōng )左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开(kāi )后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀(yún )稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁(zhī )时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
