做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后(hòu )加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加(jiā )入生(shēng )抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
