做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清(qīng )水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。 -
