做(zuò )法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用(yòng )清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一(yī )小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅(guō )上(shàng )擦一(yī )遍(biàn ),放两勺油,待油六(liù )成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清水,放(fàng )入煎煮(zhǔ )好(hǎo )的鲫鱼(yú )和其他材料(liào ),武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一个半小(xiǎo )时(shí ),下盐调味即可品尝。 -
