做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐(yán )捞出后(hòu )用清水浸(jìn )泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐(yán ),翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
