做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老(lǎo )抽(chōu )、蚝油翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
