做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和(hé )薏(yì )米。用(yòng )清(qīng )水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一(yī )遍,放(fàng )两(liǎng )勺油,待(dài )油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其他材(cái )料,武火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )沸,转中小火煲一(yī )个半小时,下(xià )盐调味(wèi )即可品尝。 -
